Our Delivery Policy 

Processing your orders

Orders are processed between Monday – Friday 9am -4.30pm excluding bank holidays. We aim to process your order within 3 working days however for personalised items please expect 5 working days. 

Delivery – UK Mainland 

All postage is calculated based on the size and weight of your items. In order to deliver your item(s) efficiently, we may package and post multiple items separately.  All orders to UK mainland addresses are sent via Royal Mail. Goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the day of your order.  Once the item(s) are delivered, you will be responsible for them.

Deliveries outside the UK 

Any delivery outside the UK will be subject to relevant postage depending on location.  Orders that are shipped overseas maybe subject to custom duties and these are not including in the purchase price.  As the buyer, you are responsible for these charges. Customs policies may vary from country to country.  If you’d like any further information you should contact your local customs office.
